What is your return policy? 

Due to COVID-19 and the event being a fundraiser for JVI, we cannot accept returns. All products will be thoroughly examined for damage prior to shipment. If you have a problem with your product upon delivery, please contact us at

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping is Free for purchases $50 and over (not including tax). Any purchases under $50 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping and handling fee*.

*We do not currently ship to locations outside the contiguous United States.

Please note: we will be reusing cardboard boxes to ship out your items. Each item will be carefully wrapped and packaged in a clean reused box to help us keep our costs down so we can give more to support Justice Ventures International. 

When will my items ship? 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your item via USPS. If you would like the item sooner, we will offer a pick-up option at Open Door Presbyterian Church within 1 week of purchase.


How can I receive my order? 

You have two options to receive your order:

  • You can have it directly shipped to you
  • Or pick up your item(s) at Open Door Presbyterian Church located at 2999 Centreville Road Herndon, VA 20171) at NO additional cost 
  • If you are local, we ask that you please consider the contactless pickup option since we have limited volunteers and resources to handle shipping.

How did you choose the vendors? 

Vendors were chosen based on the organization’s mission to fight modern day slavery by creating dignified employment for people vulnerable to human trafficking. Select vendors were chosen because of their Fair Trade environmentally-friendly practices.


What are you doing with the profits from the Market? 

All net profits from the sale of this year's Holiday Freedom Market will go to Justice Ventures International Justice Hub. To learn more about JVI please visit
